It has taken me several years to create a reputation on the Internet, I went from being unemployed as an architect to working with people all around the world (here is my story),

    Yes, this is always ideal, people always have inspiration from ideas and photos of other designs that they want to synthesize in their design, I can adapt the designs to the ideas you propose, guiding you in what is functional for your project.

    You must contact me via Whatsapp to establish the size of your project, after we agree on footage you proceed to make 50% of the payment through Paypal or debit and credit cards, the other 50% is made at the end of the work and before the final delivery.

    Projects can almost always increase or decrease a little in the final result if the proposal does not increase more than 20 M2, you should not pay anything more, however, if you decide to make considerable changes of much more than 20 M2, you must pay the difference of the design.

    Yes, but you must cover transportation costs, that is, if your land is located in another city, you must cover the cost of transportation, food, and lodging in case I have to stay one day, and I charge for consultations on an hourly basis.

    I can make the sanitary and electrical distribution plans, from the structural plans I can make beams, columns, and foundations, but these plans must be reviewed by an electrical engineer and a structural engineer, who are empowered to approve and sign these plans for approval, this is something that must be contracted independently.
